최근 미러리스들에서 자주 거론된 문제가 pdaf로 인한 스트라이핑 현상(일명 밴딩노이즈)인데, a7r4에선 이런 현상이 적다고 합니다. a7r4를 테스트한 jim kasson은 "a7r4가 gfx100, 니콘z카메라에서 보인 "전염병같은"(plague) pdaf가 없어서 안심. 스트라이핑이 있을수도 있지만 최소한 두 악마(evil)보다는 적다"고 합니다.

옛날 사진 자료 정리를 하고 있는데 오랜만에 열어본 페이즈원 P25+ 사진을 보니 여전히 현대 의학으로 풀기 힘든 괴이한 현상이 벌어진다. 그럼에도 불구하고 색감이 최고인 것을 보면 참 신기하다.
옛날 센서의 반이 화밸 차이를 보이는 묘한 경험을 했던 것처럼 디지털 카메라는 아직도 필름을 따라가는 과정이라 보인다.

니콘 z7의 경우도 이슈는 계속 있었다. 이것도 역시 PDAF 시스템에서 오는 것인가?
PDAF는 Phase Detection Auto Focus 약자로 위상차를 이용한 af 시스템인데 콘트라스트 AF보다 훨씬 뛰어나다.
